We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

•    Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

•    Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

•    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

•    We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Exchanges

•    If you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange it.

•    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send out the replacement free of charge. We cover all outgoing shipping costs for exchanged items.

•    If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

•    If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days.

•    In these cases, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.


How to Start a Return

1.    Email us at staygraftingworkwear@hotmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.

2.    We’ll provide the return instructions and shipping address.

3.    Send back the item using your chosen shipping method.

4.    Once received, we’ll process your exchange or return within 2-3 working days.


Refunds

•    Refunds apply only if you are returning the item for a refund rather than an exchange.

•    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
